[OSM-newbies] no render one thing

I don't create originally the way. I only modify the way because before 
it has "Palma" as a name (a name of a city). I would delete this way. 
Well, really I deleted, but user Geogast 
[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Geogast] says that it should 
not be deleted.

I'm a newbee. I tried to do the best for describing the area. But if you 
think this area has to delete, this outbounds my competences. Please, 
contact the user Geogast and say you want delete it.


For the other hand, there are a lot of the same kind of areas:

Please, clear that point: what we have to do: delete or maintain?
