This way is just showing the boundary of the high resolution images in
the Yahoo photo database. Not sure why they want it in the database,
but it's there.

What it looks like, is that you put the name tag on the way. Even
though there are no tags to show the way itself, the rendering engine
sees the "name" tag, and draws the name along the way. A solution
would be to use a tag that is not valid in the rendering rules. Maybe
use name_remark as the tag.

If you put a valid tag on the way, the rendering engine is going to
try and draw what it can with the information provided.
