[OSM-newbies] Headland, cape, etc

I don't know how others do this, but I've added a lot of Points and
some Capes as place=locality.
I'm not exactly sure if this is how it should be done, but since I
only use this tag for this feature I can easily mass convert them if
anyone decides on a different scheme.
