[OSM-newbies] How to search for a mis-spelt tag?

Whilst I congratulate you on your endeavor to tag correctly, I wouldn't 
get to hung up on it.
There are plenty of automatic robot checkers using computer code to sift 
through such capitalization catastrophes.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't already been updated. 
If not, just hang a while.
