The JOSM search feature does have a checkbox for "case sensitive". So 
tick that, then it will only find things tagged as "Landuse".

Or try the JOSM validator. It has a section under "Other" for "Presets 
do not contain property key". So this should contain any misspelt tags. 
(note it might also contain some correctly spelt tags, which are not in 
the JOSM presets).

Or any option is to use XAPI. This lets you download all of the objects 
with a particular tag (and it is case sensitive). It can work with a 
larger area than you can download in JOSM, up to the whole planet if you
