[OSM-newbies] Power lines

Click in a blank area of the map to create a temporary node.
Draw a way between the temporary node and one of the pylons and press
return to finish.
Click on the temporary node as if wanting to add more nodes to the end
of the way
Press DEL to delete the temporary node.
Click on the other pylon
