[OSM-newbies] Default location on Potlatch 2, and lost GPX import ability

Yeah, the GPX import process has gummed up. It's backed up quite a bit now.
Looks like my issue was expecting similar operation as to how Potlatch
used to work.
Makes sense that if there's an operation needed to determine the start
and stop locations in order figure where to drop you on the face of
the earth.
Potlatch didn't need the trace to be processed.
New tools, new learning curve.
