Nope. At the moment, the only platform implementing the OSM API 0.6 is the so-
called "rails port".

If I were to build a proper imaginary world for my roleplaying needs, a
global-scale fractal digital elevation model would be nice to have. Add a bit
of procedural stuff for erosion and whatnot, overlay the basemap data, etc etc
etc.
