If you see significant errors, you may want to contact the local OSM
group at: http://groups.google.com/group/map-minnesota
I am not sure which MNDOT services you are using, but there are some
good hi-res WMS available from the state geospatial office (OSM
Compatible): http://www.mngeo.state.mn.us/chouse/wms/wms_image_server_layers.html
There is also some very nice leaf off imagery for Hennepin County.
