[OSM-newbies] Capturing a simple home or residential dwelling in Potlatch

Hi there,
I am trying to get some armchair data entry done in Potlatch as my area is rather snowbound at the moment. So I thought I'd capture some missing buildings in my area.

The problem is when I click on the outline of a building - a simple residential home - I am not sure how to capture it. Potlatch seem to expect I am going to capture a commercial building, a restaurant, or whatever on the left hand side. What am I doing wrong?
