[OSM-newbies] Capturing a simple home or residential dwelling in Potlatch

Oh, I don't know, Potlatch2 works pretty well for buildings for me...

I am pretty sure that you are seeing the selection options for point
features.  Are you selecting the whole way/area/polygon?  Or, are you just
selecting one of the nodes in the way.  The menu is context driven.  The
menu that you describe should look that way when you have a point/node or no
feature selected.

plugin.
