[OSM-newbies] Bing Image Quality

Don't get me wrong, the Bing imagery is vastly superior in most areas to the Yahoo imagery I've been using, but I do wonder if there will be ongonig updates to the quality of the Bing imagery?  In most rural areas of my home state (and in Louisiana, there are many) the Bing imagery is extremely blurry and only marginally better than Yahoo.

There's quite a few Mapdust bugs in such areas that are easily fixable and that I'd like to work on resolving, but the imagery is so blurry it's hard to tell if I'm doing any good.  I've seen reference to MS devoting effort to getting higher quality imagery for the whole world, is this the case?
