[OSM-newbies] Help Needed regarding data transfer from GPS to JOSM

Hello,

I am K. M. Rakibul Islam from Bangladesh University of Engineering and 
Technology (BUET), I am studying Computer Science and Engineering here in BUET. 
I with some of my frinds are currently working with JOSM and GPS. Our GPS's 
model is "LEGEND Hcx" made by "Garmin". We are facing some problems while 
uploading data colletcted by GSM to JOSM. 


We went through some places around BUET and saved some waypoints in GPS. But, 
when we connected  the GPS with PC we found only the path we went through but 
not the way points we saved. The way points are still shown in the GPS, but we 
can not see those way points in JOSM. What should we do to load the whole 
package of data (including way points,paths and everything) from GPS to JOSM?

Any kind of help regarding this will be highly appreciated.
