[OSM-newbies] Introduction

Thanks Martijn,

I am an old hat at geospatial informationm but definitely a newbie
with OSM and look forward to seeing what you roll out. There is so
much information out there on the wiki that as a newbie I would
welcome someone to go to or a page to go to that organizes important
information for us new users.   If you need any new user input please
don't hesitate to let me know.
