[OSM-newbies] Welcome WG meeting notes

Hi all,
I find this Welcome Group inbteresting and would like to join the next
meeting. Apart my own experience of OSM contributor, I might bring my point
of view of Hottie involved in teaching people in developing countries + I
also particiapted in some LeanrOSM writing.
