[OSM-newbies] POI Replace or keep

I always delete the ele tag, since it's less applicable to an area than a
point.  Of the rest, I usually leave the gnis:featureid tag, just in case
someone wants to try to interrelate the two databases at some point in the
future.  That's honestly a pretty remote possibility, so a lot of people
just delete all the GNIS tags.
