[OSM-newbies] Can not receive data from device

Hello,
I am using Garmin e-Trex legend HCx and took few points. Now I am trying to
receive data from device using mapsource software but whenever I select
device and press receive it shows* "Your device does not support map
transfer"*. I have another same device but I can transfer data and
waypoints perfectly from that one.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have tried removing sd card and pushing it back,turning power on/off,on
map lock-on road is set to off.
