[OSM-newbies] Bot edit

Actually it probably wasn't bad TIGER data, but a bug in the original TIGER
import, that created the name tag from

tiger:name_base + tiger:name_type + tiger:name_direction_suffix

when it shouldn't have used the name_direction_suffix at all.
