The bot doesn't know what is good vs bad street name data.

Revert? No. Fix them. Don't re-contract the street names.

No. Don't delete TIGER tags. If there has been a user who had edited
the name, the bot wouldn't have expanded it.

bot-mode ran only after months of consultation and testing. One  or
two errors out of over a million ways is a tiny error.
