[OSM-newbies] Zip codes

There is a "note" in my area that says:
Unresolved note #145813
Description

Map is showing wrong data here. 30044 is not Duluth, GA. This zip code
should pull up Lawrenceville, GA

I see where the streets are tagged with zip 30044, but have no Idea where
that might be associated with Duluth, GA.  Is this something in the map
data, or is it a rendering problem, or is this note just garbage?  I'm
confused.
