[OSM-newbies] Zip codes

To elaborate a little - ZIP code boundaries seem to be drawn according to
whatever is convenient for mail delivery routes.

For example: http://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/90010/ (you may have to
zoom in once or twice to see it)

Check out 90005 and 90010. Individual addresses on either side of Wilshire
Boulevard seem to be arbitrarily assigned a ZIP code. And on top of that,
ZIP codes change a lot. And there are tens of thousands of them. So it's
hard to get accurate information out of such a huge, non-static dataset.
