[Osmcha-dev] Suspicion reasons merged

Hi!

Today we have merged some suspicion reasons:

   - "New mapper <5 mapping days" into "New mapper"
   - "Monument was modified" into "Edited an old monument"
   - "Wikitags deleted" into "Deleted a wikidata/wikipedia tag"
   - "New city/town created" into "Added a new place(city/town/country)"

This means that the merged reasons were deleted and the changesets were
associated with a new suspicion reason. The aim of this operation is to
make it easy to users to filter changesets without been confused by similar
reasons. All deleted reasons have not received new changesets for a time.
