Dear All,

Let's keep moving.  Next steps?

Without being prescriptive, I like the following, in no particular order:

- "meet" for brainstorming and dscussion
- get / test civi to a state where it is at least as good as the
current manual system. That is, make sure that: 1) members add,
remind, and disable. 2) monthly reporting to board. 3) more than one
admin for most / all features 4) any self-serve components are a
benefit.
- perhaps soft launch where new signups test civi?
- once tested / confirmed, get data into civi and launch
- schedule future meeting,
- set broad goals / tasks / thoughts for future

Who is going to schedule the next "meeting" (where "meeting" is likely
some form of virtual.
