[Osmf-talk] no more post-card signups?

It looks like OSMF became a company in August 2006 and the
Preliminary Membership category which allowed joining by postcard
was closed roughly 1 July 2007:

(You'll find a couple of edits newer will show that Full Membership
was then £15).
