The poster doesn’t give much away, but it does say under the headline in
what ways Openstreetmap is supported: As a base layer in ArcGIS, and by
providing an editor for Openstreetmap data.  Their site says about the
same[1], although I thought we already had something called
“OSMeditor”[2].

The headline’s not great, but I’m not reading it as general support for
the Openstreetmap project, more as supporting the use of Openstreetmap
data.

I don’t think it is requisite to support the project in such ways just
because you use Openstreetmap data or write an editor for it.  It
wouldn’t really be open data[3] then, would it?
