[Osmf-talk] Membership applications from Skobbler employees

I think you have to look at this in the context of the last time a company
paid for its employees to become members. It was not received well. Perhaps
things have changed.

I can only agree with all that was said before. There is nothing against
these people joining NOW in the current AoA. Any delay would be against
elementary democratic principles and an abuse of the board powers.

Is it arrogance? Does the board really think they are the first and only
tacklin' these kind of matters?

Check www.osgeo.org, contact people in the redhat/fedora board. Talk to
people at wikimedia, the current chain of events breathes amaturism. It
makes me want to leave osmf.
