Indeed. Unfortunately the OSMF hasn't published financial statements
since August 2010, going by http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Finances
. There's no published minutes of the 2011 AGM, the 2010 minutes are
in draft*, so clues can't be figured out from there either.
I've checked through the board minutes since August 2011, but there's
no mention of the missing financial statements, or when (if?) they are
due to be published. In June 2011 there's the statement "Treasurer to
provide financial updates approximately every two months in future."
but it's not clear whether those updates would be public, or just for
the Board, and if the latter whether they've actually happened.

* And I really hate seeing minutes "published" on Google docs. If you
don't have permission to edit them, you can't tell when they were last
changed - and if you *do* have permission, it's shockingly easy to
accidentally edit them, and have them automatically saved, after
they've been approved.
