+1 to a transition period of 2-4 weeks to allow everyone to reload their
databases and transition attribution in a graceful manner rather than
franticly trying to squeeze everything into as short a time as possible. I
say this as someone who gets the fun of reloading a pgsnapshot database.

This would also deal with the questions of what to do for attribution when
half your cached data is CC BY-SA and half is ODbL.
