[Osmf-talk] A workshop about OSM at OKCon?

I don't think we (as in OSMF) have ever pro-actively tried to be present
at such events, either we've been asked or it has been down to
individuals from the community submitting proposals.

That said, an OSM workshop and a talk (I've been toying with making a
proposal since the conference is more or less on my door step) are
surely a good idea, but I don't think they need an OSMF rubberstamp to
be sucessful, but we can discuss.
