[Osmf-talk] A workshop about OSM at OKCon?

Hi,

 

I was chairman of this Open Geodata stream: OSM was presented quite well last year (IMHO ;-) 

 

Biggest surprise for me was that OpenStreetMap was one of those great examples of openness in Rufus Pollock’s keynote. So, I do hope that OSMF will be presented in Geneva. I do hope that OKF will contact OSMF for keynote / presentation. If not, maybe OSMF can be active.

There were a few OSM related activities last year. I gave a workshop [1] on overall geospatial tools, including OSM. Then there was a mapping party [2] run by Pekka Sarkola [3]- although after I left.
