It was suggested already:

a company contributes A to the OSM, it gets B,
contributes C, gets D.

Clear written rules.

For example, a small discreet golden star in the corner of the
supermarket, pharmacy, hotel icon on the map.

When a cursor is over the star, the text appears - "This company
contributes to the OSM community, click to learn more about the company."

It is just my preliminary idea, it could certainly be done better.

Then if a company or an individual wants to make PR. OK, pay a fixed
modest amount per year, contribute to the cost of servers, traffic,
electricity and make the legitimate restrained PR.

The PR monetary activity in Wikepedia in creating, editing and deleting
articles, at least in non-English versions, will continue. Pol Pot tried
it and failed, the same these cease and desist letters from Wikipedia
leadership will fail.
