Another possibility is OpenERP https://www.openerp.com/

There is an Address Book in this application, messaging, tasks, expense
management, purchase management, etc. I've been at two conferences of
the OpenERP.

It is possible not only use it for an organization, but also to earn
money with it, providing an ERP service (Enterprise Resource Planning)
to other organizations and companies. One just creates another database
for a client company.

I could install it on Ubuntu Linux and on Windows myself easily. It is
written in Python (server side) and JavaScript (client). Database is
PostgreSQL.

An installation on a usual computer can realistically support up to 100
users.

The OpenERP enterprise is based in Belgium. The application has module
architecture, so theoretically it is possible to write a free and/or
commercial map module for it.
