Hi Jaak,

I think

http://wisteria-corporate.co.uk/news/2013/07/11/ordinary-resolutions
-v-special-resolutions/

explains it fairly well. UK Company Law requires Special Resolutions
(which require a 75% vote to pass) for certain situations, such as
amending the articles of association.

Hello,

I have not found any explanation why there is difference between
special and ordinary resolutions, and what these really mean
legally?
