[Osmf-talk] Special GM 2014: Proxy Voting Instructions

Just a reminder that voting is occurring.

If you are an associate member and want to vote, you need to convert to 
a normal membership which includes supplying your address for the 
members register. You can do this at 
Please wait until your status has changed before registering your proxy 

If you have trouble with this, you can contact the membership secretary 
at membership at osmfoundation.org.

Although members are entitled to vote at the meeting itself, it will 
make the meeting go much quicker if everyone votes by proxy, and it will 
also allow any issues with membership status to be fixed in advance.
