[Osmf-talk] Special GM 2014: Proxy Voting Instructions
info at nomoregrapes.com
Thu Dec 4 13:30:11 UTC 2014
On the SGM page it says proxy voting closes at 11am UTC on Sunday, but the
linked to Proxy voting says 5am UTC. Could the time be confirmed & the
incorrect one corrected please.
It is worth noting that you can send in a proxy vote, change your
mind(perhaps based on continued discussion), and send in a new proxy vote
that will invalidate any of your earlier votes. Voting earlier, by proxy,
will really help out the counters and therefore allow the result to be
announced with less delay.

Just a reminder that voting is occurring.
If you are an associate member and want to vote, you need to convert to a
normal membership which includes supplying your address for the members
register. You can do this at https://docs.google.com/a/
PLvM/viewform. Please wait until your status has changed before registering
your proxy vote.
If you have trouble with this, you can contact the membership secretary at
membership at osmfoundation.org.
Although members are entitled to vote at the meeting itself, it will make
the meeting go much quicker if everyone votes by proxy, and it will also
allow any issues with membership status to be fixed in advance.
