[Osmf-talk] Change to WMF Terms of Use: Requirements for disclosure

Perhaps a re-look at the work done regarding groups could be warranted.
After all, it's not that mappers working on behalf of others are a problem
(and that itself can be argued) - it's that it might be good to be identify
groups of individuals as well, as a whole, as a group.
Groups in the platform would assist with this.

It would be a positive additional feature, rather than a restrictive
responsive action.
