[Osmf-talk] AGM and board elections

Matt has now served for three years, so he will be either stepping down
or standing for re-election in November.

There is a number of ways we could address the problem, but given that
it could have happened at least once in the past and AFAIK hasn't, I
would simply view the specific scenario as a glitch. As Frederik already
pointed out it is completely possible that we will have somebody step
down during the term in the next two years which would break the pattern
(simply voluntarily standing for re-election doesn't help).

If we do change something wrt terms, I would strongly suggest limiting
the total number of consecutive terms to two, which would have a more
beneficial effect than simply shortening the terms.
