I suspect that I already cover the elderly representation bit myself
(particularly with both bad eye sight and sub three hour marathons) :-).

The misconception is in the first 5 words. The chairman has no special
rights outside of being a tie breaker in the case of a stalemate on a
board resolution, and in concrete terms the majority of the board that
is on the management team has substantially more influence and access to
important information than Kate, Frederik and myself, not to mention the
pundits that are on the MT for no documented reason. The good thing is
that in the end even they have very limited influence in the grand
scheme of things.
