It is clear that there are no powers of a monarch nowadays. Still I 
remember well that in some discussion at an Ukrainian or a Russian forum 
someone offered an argument that "Ramm wrote him that attributes could 
be added in JOSM in any order". Schlusspunkt. End of discussion.

By the way, the photos at the page of Wikimedia Foundation Board of 
Trustees are in a style surprisingly similar to that of ministers' 
images at the page of the French Government 
http://www.gouvernement.fr/english (and then click /Government/ on the 
horizontal navigation bar).

with an high-end camera, probably dozens or hundreds of images, and then

Digital photography is becoming sort of the Latin of the 21st century. 
Everyone has a camera, can make and view an image. I think the Wikimedia 
Foundation Board and the French Government are doing it right. I mean 
publishing the page of the leadership team in this way. It is clear that 
it's just a symbol, but symbols also have their place and importance.
