Hi all
I've really been debating whether or not to say anything here on this thread.
Then Kathleen said https://twitter.com/KathleenLD/status/515464880535920640
Well I consider myself an ally.
That's all. Dudes, we're being told there's a problem. I've witnessed it and I believe it. It's larger than gender, but that's a key part of it.
Read the links Kate provided, and ponder. Think about how we can improve our community. A better tone of discussion will be good for everyone. A more inclusive community will make OSM a better map.
Thanks
Mikel
