Robert,

I'd like to ask a provocative question here:

If the board devised a way to hear opinions, including those that prefer
to speak in private, and if it turned out that a majority of members of
the OSMF would prefer the organisation to concentrate on running servers
instead of trying to encourage diversity - would that then mean that the
members are obviously wrong, just trying to defend their privilege, and
in need of replacement?

Is there even interest in a "range of opinions", or has the only correct
opinion already been laid down?

Bye
Frederik
