Hi Frederik -

That is indeed a provocative question. "Hearing a range of opinions"
is a VERY different concept from "finding out the majority
preference". The latter has almost no relevance to improving
diversity! The issues here definitely call for leadership rather than
referendum.

As Robert pointed out, Kathleen made some excellent, concrete,
actionable suggestions. I really hope that OSMF can consider taking
many of them forward! This has in the end been a very productive
conversation :)
