I assume that based on the membership statistics there were 
350+351-196+X members able to vote (whith X being those of the 196 who
renewed after December 1st) which means 54% or slightly less participation for the board election - which is not great but IIRC much better than previously.

It would be good to know the degree of participation here as well although it seems this is very similar to the board elections.
