I think that listening to what people have to say is much more valuable
than voting. Sensible things have been said and I hope that more
sensible things will be said over the coming weeks.

I won't exclude that the OSMF board might, once a proper plan has been
worked out, ask members for a yes/no vote, but I don't see a reason for
that at the moment.

The whole matter is in an early planning stage anyway - we are looking
into it and I'm happy to hear from more people what they think. I've
also had two interesting comments from people who work in organisations
with hired help about their experiences. All this will help the board in
forming an opinion and hopefully not repeating mistakes that others have
already made ,)

PS: Just to make this clear, "administrative" tasks does not have
anything to do with server administration.
