[Osmf-talk] Hiring help for OSMF administrative tasks

I think the unclear bit is, and what is causing conflict between
Kathleen and myself is:
Is the board claiming that this list contains (the currently secret)
administrative things poor volunteers are constantly working on multiple
hours per week on top of what they originally thought they had signed up
for.
Or is its the boards shopping list of things that it thinks would be
nice to have done on the administrative side and doesn't want to try to
start farming out to volunteers.
Now the former would be a complete reversal of the situation of the last
two years. Extremely hard to believe, to the point that I'm acquiring a
stock of bridges to sell to certain individuals.
If it the later, and the board thinks there is enough work, no problem,
why didn't you say that in the first place?
