To clarify this a bit: the current "rule" was a compromise made during
the 2013 and 2014 terms. IIRC there were 1-2 occasions in the the above
mentioned years in which an individual vote was minuted.
Personally I don't quite see why a vote on a non-confidential board item
should be anything that you wouldn't be able to disclose, but there are
many that think differently.
