But reading the minutes really makes me sad...    :-(

To make it clear I don't want to put any fingerpointing on someone. But 
one action item ...

 > 2014-11-20: Henk to draw up timeframe for devolving membership 
management to a working group

... is there since a lot of months.
There seems to be a board member wo is "out of time", the board wants to 
help him by taking away some work and transfer this to a working group. 
But the board member seems not to be willing to take the offer for help. 
BTW: in the item is not about the transfer itself, but just about a 
timeline...
Even when we are talking about a volunzteered organisation, that's very 
hard to understand for myself.    :-(
