[Osmf-talk] Local Chapter application: Italy

Some bsckgrounds:
The italian osm community is discussing the matter since 7 years at least
(i were still leaving in italy) and haven't happened before just because
osmf slowness.
WMI has matured in the last 2 years and it's now receiving a lot if
donations in the form of taxes returns by italian paxpayers that can decide
to whom devolve 5/1000 of their taxes
WMI is doing a lot of efforts to support and promote open
culture/data/access and osm.
Since 3 years osm italian community and wmi had formally joined their
efforts.
