Yes. We will update the list for the next stage of voting, adding 
missing URLs (the field is optional) and changing user names to real 
names if users are okay with that.

The short list selection will be done by some members of CWG, SOTMWG and 
the Board. Using vote counts alone would not produce good results, since 
nominees added in the next two days will definitely receive more votes 
than people who were added just before the deadline. But of course 
number of votes will affect the decision.

The winner will be determined after that based solely on the number of 
votes.
