Looks fairly good to me.

I am still worried about the big financial gap between normal/associate 
membership and corporate membership.

Two other things:

- how will the transit be for current corporate members? Will they be 
asked to upgrade their membership, will they be automatically upgraded 
as bronze members or will they remain as a separate legacy corporate 
member class?

- having current numbers for the membership (the published ones are from 
December 2015) could be helpful to form an opinion on the matter.
